In 2020, we set up shop in Wantagh — a short ride from the sand, right in the heart of the South Shore. No frills: a tight little counter, a grill firing from the jump, and a crew ready to make something great.
The Classics, Done Right
Boar's Head meats, fresh eggs, made-to-order everything — no shortcuts, ever. The bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll became the neighborhood's daily ritual before we even had a sign up.
